LibanPost wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that it is currently experiencing nationwide Internet connectivity problems owing to the deteriorating social, financial and economic situation within the country.
As a result, LibanPost is unable to guarantee on-time data transmission, timely operations and a prompt response via its customer care systems, which, in turn, will have an impact on quality of service.
LibanPost thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding, and will notify them via EmIS once the situation has returned to normal.
