Further to EmIS 186/2024, the designated operator of Jamaica, Jamaica Post, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, following the passage of Tropical Storm 18 (Hurricane Rafael), its postal operations have resumed as normal with effect from 9.00 local time (UTC-5) on 6 November 2024. Jamaica Post apologizes for any inconvenience caused and thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding.
