Written by Asendia | Jul 5, 2021 12:45:05 PM
Mauritius Post, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the Government of Mauritius has announced the easing of COVID-related restrictions with effect from 1 July 2021, subject to strict adherence to sanitary protocols and measures. As from 15 July 2021, Mauritius will gradually open its international borders. However, Mauritius Post would like to remind designated operators that COVID-19 continues to have a direct impact on international inbound and outbound mails to and from Mauritius. Therefore, the provisions set out in previous EmIS messages and the situation of force majeure previously declared for all inbound and outbound international letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items continue to apply. Mauritius Post thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding.
