Further to EmIS messages 075/2024, 089/2024, 110/2024, 117/2024 and 166/2024, the Office of Posts and Telecommunications (OPT-NC), France’s designated operator for New Caledonia, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the situation has returned to normal and that all postal operations have now been restored.
