The Office of Posts and Telecommunications (OPT-NC), France's designated operator for New Caledonia, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the difficulties arising from the COVID-19 pandemic have ended.
As a result, the force majeure situation previously declared for international letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items ended as of 1 June 2022.
