The designated operator of the Philippines, PHLPost, asks us to warn other Union member countries and their designated operators to expect possible delays in the processing, transport and/or delivery of inbound postal items, in view of the lockdown imposed by the Philippine Government in the National Capital Region from 6 to 20 August 2021, and in some other areas of the country with effect from 1 August 2021:
