Thailand Post would like to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that it has been experiencing IT issues since 31 May 2023. These have prevented it from transmitting some ITMATT messages and some tracking events, in particularly event EMA (Posting/collection), to destination countries. Thailand Post's IT departments are working to solve the problem.
Therefore, Thailand Post kindly requests that designated operators process items from Thailand that lack ITMATT as normal for the time being. It is still able to receive ITMATT messages from other countries.
Thailand Post thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding. It will notify them via EmIS once the system is operating normally again.
