The designated operator of Morocco, Poste Maroc, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that it is experiencing issues owing to the erroneous generation of EME events, resulting in overlapping data. These issues are affecting Poste Maroc’s EMS service performance with regard to the EMS Cooperative’s evaluation criteria, particularly in terms of customs clearance and delivery times. Poste Maroc thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding, and will inform them via EmIS when the situation has returned to normal.
