Manager Customer Success (m/f/d) – Continental Europe

You will work with the Asendia subsidiaries across Europe, in close cooperation with the Global Accounts & Solutions Team. This is a key role with responsibility for successfully onboarding customers and co-developing intercontintental business from Europe to grow globally. You will be involved with new customer opportunities, supporting the local sales teams selling, onboarding, integrating and managing the intercontinental e-PAQ Select flows from large scale European retailers. Your broad IT and process skills will help making the international business of the best known European brands even more successful. This role will report into the PMO Office of Continental Europe (with a dotted reporting line to the Head of Continental Europe).

Your Tasks


• You are the trusted sparing partner of our sales colleagues and consult new customers for the optimal setup of the IT integration and technical setup.

• You will onboard, integrate and support the local teams to manage the business of strategic ecommerce customers which are selling crossborder.

• You will be an expert in all technical and process aspects of our product offering and support sales colleagues to make our customers successful.

• You will be a sparring partner for European Asendia offices to support them on the international expansion & growth plans, focused mainly on international crossborder e-Commerce (Rest of World).

• You will evaluate, design and integrate customized solutions, meeting the needs of large scale European retailers, and establish new innovative solutions as future standards.

• Together with IT and PMO teams you will continuously improve our systems, partner network and the technical integrations to foster our international growth.


Your Profile


• You have a degree (Bachelors/Masters) in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar.

• 3 - 5 years + experience in business solutions functions in international e-commerce. You are living in the technical ecommerce world on a global scale, knowing the customer perspective and technologies.

• Have a consultative approach with a good understanding of the European crossborder e-commerce market.

• You have a very good understanding of complex e-Commerce technologies and data flows. Your analytical approach and favour for details is important for our customer´s success.

• You have a structured work approach, experience in project management and strong execution skills.

• You bring a high level of motivation & customer orientation for the best possible service experience for our customers.

• Your strong communication skills ensure the capability of working with people of various nationalities, on varying levels of hierarchy. Colleagues can always rely on you.
