Asendia has acquired Globegistics, a USA based global e-commerce and mail company with 150 associates and 5 facilities in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami.

With this acquisition, the Asendia Group strengthens its position as a leading provider for international e-commerce and mail solutions.

Asendia Holding AG (“Asendia”) and Globegistics, Inc. (“Globegistics”) are pleased to announce that Globegistics has been acquired by Asendia, further strengthening Asendia’s presence in North America by adding the fast growing and dynamic e-commerce offer of Globegistics.

Globegistics is a leading global e-commerce and mail solutions company with over 30 years’ experience in the shipping of parcels, mail, publications and freight around the world. Globegistics’ cross-border expertise, customer support and online shipping dashboard provides customers with an exceptional business experience. Globegistics has 150 associates located in 5 facilities across the USA, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami.

Globegistics will join the Asendia Group with 15 subsidiaries in Asia, Europe and the USA. Globegistics and Asendia USA will operate as independent entities under their current leadership and will explore opportunities which may be beneficial to both companies.
