Apprenticeship - Pricing Manager Assistant

As apprentice, you are a member of the Transfer Pricing & Intercompany Billing team which is part of the Finance department and responsible for the internal pricing of delivery services, as well as for the processes and data to enable the correct billing. You will support the specialists in their day-to-day business, be in regular exchange with our internal customers in the subsidiaries and cooperate closely with colleagues of the Marketing-, Operations- and IT- teams located in Paris and Berne. Position open as of August 2021.

Your Tasks

 

Support the Pricing Manager in the preparation of rate cards to enable the quotation process of the subsidiaries

Support the Pricing Manager in the compilation of price comparisons and simulations to allow the management to make tactical decisions

Update tariffs and master data in applications and tools to ensure that the subsidiaries quote the correct prices

Contribute to the testing of new applications, create test cases and report bugs; support the project team in the update of the specifications

Prepare reports for the monitoring of suppliers, the creation of Management cockpits and the Carbon offsetting program

Check supplier invoices, investigate deviations, initiate the re-billing to subsidiaries in cooperation with the accounting team

Administrate access rights to workspaces to ensure that the users find the relevant rate cards

Support the team in the documentation of processes (flow charts, guidelines) to be compliant with legal requirements and facilitate the internal knowledge transfer

 

Your Profile

 

High personal responsibility, self-dependent and reliable down to the last detail

Rigorous and data driven, with a business analytical mindset

Advanced Excel skills and familiar with other MS office suite; Power BI skills are an asset

Fluent English, written and spoken. All exchanges and deliverables are mainly done in English.

Bachelor (Bac +3) or Master (Bac +4 +5) level in Business School, Finance, Accounting or Economy
