Reporting directly to the Head of Group FP&A and Treasury, you are supporting the whole team on diverse missions. In this interesting and stimulating position, you will work on various topic including controlling of several entities of Asendia Group, monthly reportings and analysis, cash and projects.

Your Tasks

 

• You are responsible for the management control of several group entities located all over the world.

• You support your subsidiaries during the monthly closing, budget, and forecasts to ensure that they report complete and quality figures

• You deliver monthly and quarterly reportings and analysis, key performance indicators and relevant financial information to all stakeholders (board, shareholders, etc.)

• You support and coordinate group projects to provide financial expertise (ROI, etc.)

• You support the Group Treasury function and in particular the Treasury Management System project (fro the whole Asendia Group).

• You understand and challenge the data to identify and propose action plans (on margin, cost savings, potential synergies, etc.)

• You maintain relationships with other financial partners, as well as with the sales and operations teams.

• You take a part in organization and management support within the team and you are able to collaborate in other various ad-hoc tasks and projects, including group-wide coordination tasks

 

Your Profile

 

• You have a degree in economics, finance, or business administration and +2 years in related fields.

• You are business oriented and can make a diagnosis using a wide range of indicators (growth, margin, DSO, DPO, NWC, churn rates). In addition, you are comfortable with IFRS standards and consolidation rules.

• You have knowledge in Treasury management, ideally experience on a Treasury Management Tool.

• You have a great IT affinity (SAP BFC, Excel, Power BI).

• You have strong conceptual analysis skills. You seek to understand the operational processes and the financial situation of the entities.

• Persistence, tenacity, work force, structured and results-oriented, combined with great personal responsibility are just some of your strengths.

• Your strong communication skills allow you to work with people of different nationalities and at different hierarchical levels.

• You are fluent in English as this is our business language. (French and/or German is an asset) and you are ready to travel.
