Experienced Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Finance team in Asendia. You will have proven experience in accounting with a good knowledge of IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations financial reporting. You bring analytical skills and a good understanding of financial flows and are a team player who always keeps the team and its goals in mind when working.

Your Tasks

 

Lead the Shared Service Finance team (Accounting & Financial Reporting for 4 entities) with 4 accountants • Manage internal & external audits

Manage internal & external audits

Responsible for statutory reporting in France & Switzerland

Manage Fiscal Reporting / Statistics for Switzerland & France

Prepare and overview Cash Management for Asendia Head Office

Documentation Business Processes within Shared Service Finance

Support on Projects

Deputy for Senior Business Controller, Head Office

 

Your Profile

 

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or further education in Finance/Accounting with a least 5+ years of relevant professional experience including leadership skills.

You have proven experience in accounting with good knowledge in IFRS and Financial Reporting according to Swiss Code of Obligations.

You bring excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of financial flows.

You are a team player and always have the team and its goals in mind in your way of working. You can delegate effectively.

Your strong communication skills ensure the capability of working with people of various nationalities, on varying levels of hierarchy. Colleagues can always rely on you.

You speak fluent English and French. Any other language is an advantage.
