Finance administrator

As a Finance administrator, you are responsible together with your colleagues of the Finance department for the daily administration consisting of processing of bank statements, processing of vendor invoices, occasional customer invoicing and related administrative tasks for Asendia Benelux B.V. and our international entities of Sweden and Denmark.
 
Location: Eindhoven
Position: 32 hours/week

Your Tasks

 

Vendor payments/vendor ledger/vendor postings

Bank accounts handling

Direct debit collection

Responsibilities according to credit management Policy

Participate in monthly closings with G/L bookings

Accounts receivable/payable

 

Your Profile

 

Knowledge of ERP system. SAP is a plus

Fluent in Dutch. English is a plus.

Knowledge of office systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Be able to work towards deadlines

You have a high level of personal responsibility, perseverance, team spirit and appreciate working with different countries and cultures. Colleagues can always rely on you.
