• Provide business-to-business account servicing and sales support |
• Handle customer enquiries, requirements, feedback and complaints to deliver excellent customer service to customers |
• Work with team manager to provide trainings and briefings to front-line staff and reinforce the operation processes and uplift team performance |
• Manage assigned key accounts and keep an eye on customers’ demand for services |
• Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling customers requirement |
• Identify and recommend service improvement and opportunities for the managers and senior management |
• Prepare statistical report and performance summaries |
• Maintain daily operations and achieve the KPI |
• Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline |
• 1-3 years or above related working experience, e-commerce logistic is preferred |
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills |
• Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude |
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese |
• Immediate available is highly preferable |
