Report to Human Resources Manager and responsible for managing day-to-day operations |
Assist manager to perform a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, performance management, staff relations etc. |
Assist in administration and office facilities management including office & cleaning supplies procurement, office maintenance & repair, seasonal office decoration, staff welfare and company annual staff events |
Work with manager to implement regional HR projects in HK and implement skill mapping project to identify the critical skills and develop the action plans for performance improvement |
Review the existing company policies, rules and regulations to comply with local legislation and corporate governance requirements established by HQ |
Streamline the workflow, procedures and guidelines to support business operations and achieve company value |
Prepare and compile HR analytical reports regularly for continuous improvement and HR strategy |
Responsible for promoting employee relations, staff engagement and corporate culture |
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management disciplines or equivalent |
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 2-3 years in supervisory role |
Familiar with computerised HRIS and Hong Kong Employment Ordinance |
Strong analytical with high sensitivity to details and problem-solving skills |
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and multi-tasking management |
Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point |
MNC working environment, proficiency in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin |
