Digitalization Manager

As Digitalization Manager, you will work for the Asendia Group as a member of the Supply Chain Management Department and report to the Head of Global PMO. You will play a major role in the setup and success of the Digitalization Program by bringing your experience in new technologies such as AI, RPA, voice recognition, etc. as well as assessing and implementing automated processes. You will manage all the projects of the program and will support the business teams from the initialization of their project until go-live.

Your Tasks

 

As part of your main mission, you will be managing several projects of process optimization and digitalization for different departments, from end-to-end.

You will coordinate business, IT and external contributors and handle RFP processes if necessary.

One of your key roles will be to manage the risks of the projects in terms of time, quality, effort, and cost.

This work includes reviewing existing processes, identifying pain points and business needs as well as calculating business cases.

You will also be responsible for making recommendations on optimization, identifying relevant opportunities of process automation, and designing solutions based on digital technologies, as well as a rollout for implementation, in collaboration with the different project contributors.

You will have the opportunity to present use cases and best practices internally to promote the optimization approach and present achievements to members of the Management Board.

As part of the PMO team, you will also be involved in other missions of the team and support PMO and Strategy Execution activities.

 

Your Profile

 

A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or similar with 5+ years of experience.

You have in-depth knowledge of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA, chatbot, big data, voice recognition, etc. Knowledge in e-commerce is a plus.

As project manager, you have proven your ability to manage successfully multiple projects in parallel; and as a business analyst, consultant or similar you have demonstrated your aptitude in designing solutions and conducting workshops.

You are enthusiastic and a team player who likes being involved in transversal topics. Your colleagues can always rely on you.

You are reliable, accurate and have a pragmatic approach to moving your projects forward.

You are open-minded and like to think out of the box and bring new ideas.

Your strong communication skills ensure the capability of working with people of various levels of hierarchy and from a variety of backgrounds, in an international environment.

You are fluent in English. Ability to work in German and French would be an asset.
