e-PAQ Global Product Manager

The e-PAQ Global Product manager will be working for the Asendia Group as a member of the-Commerce Product team in the Business Development Department. You will play a major role within the team in the development of Asendia e-commerce range and you will have a strong visibility with the group being in contact with all subsidiaries and all key stakeholders in the head office. You will be also renowned for your ability to innovate and propose new solutions that fit with the needs of ecommerce cross-border needs. In undertaking these tasks, you will contribute and take the lead in Asendia e-commerce development projects. You will work in coordination with IT, supply chain management and other departments to develop Asendia new products. Alongside your line manager and with subsidiaries and strategy you will also identify future areas of business development in global e-commerce solutions.

Your Tasks

 

• Be responsible for Product management of a range of products

• Performance and SWOT analysis of the product range

• Identify marketing opportunities for continually improving Asendia’s competitive position in logistics and new digital services

• Plan product releases and market focuses in line with the approved roadmap and ecommerce strategy

• Lead or contribute actively in different projects with its deep product know-how to develop business (new products, new customer tools…)

• Propose and maintain the marketing documentation (user guides, factsheets, brochures, sales presentations, review whitepapers with communication team)

• Monitor KPI’s for product and market focuses and propose actions for improvement

• Provide efficient marketing support to Asendia Subs and Sales to develop the product knowledge (training plans)

 

Your Profile

 

• Customer oriented

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing/product , ideally in an intercultural and digital context. • Business school education or Master degree, focusing in marketing or/and logistics

• Strong project management skills and experiences

• Strong experience in an international environment, logistics, ecommerce and digital knowledges (ie: good understanding on market places and ecommerce platforms ecosystem)

• Capacity of adaptation in a multicultural environment

• Efficient promoter, solution- and result-oriented, likes multidisciplinary

• Very open minded, strong verbal communication and presentation skills, perseverance and very good team spirit

• Fluent English, written and spoken; French & German would be a real asset
