Act as a key liaison between users, IT and vendors throughout the project implementation process. Collect users requirements from project stakeholders and analyse business needs and impacts; |
Validate requirements against business objectives. Ensure that the requirements or designs deliver business value and directly support the business objectives and goals; |
Define Business solution options. Identify, explore and describe the solution options with proper documentation in user requirement specifications that would achieve the business need; |
Prepare documentations including user requirement, functional specification and system testing; |
Oversee implementation process; manage programmers and vendors to stay within deadlines & budgets; |
Coordinate with users on User Acceptance Test & Training; |
Work closely together with product owner to develop a rollout plan for several IT products for the APAC region. |

Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines; |
Knowledge in ERP system, eCommerce system; |
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities; |
Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language; |
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; |
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & mandarin. |
