Product Analyst, APAC

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our APAC Product & Innovation team to support the strategic product roadmap for Asendia subsidiaries in the APAC region. In this role, you will be based in Singapore and are reporting to the Innovation & Product Manager for APAC. You will be driving our analytics efforts and helping us to identify and understanding the current e-Commerce market trends; identifying the competitive edges of our competitors and providing informed recommendations of the business products we are developing in order to leap over competitions in next years. You support the full product lifecycle management activities, gathering information, creating product stories and acceptance criteria to prepare and support product launches, and responsible for the key product management activities. You will get to collaborate on cross-team projects at regional and global levels.

Your Tasks


Responsible for analyzing e-Commerce market trends with strong focus on cross-border e-commerce & analysing competitors so to provide informed recommendations for the business products with competitive edge over competitions.

Support and contribute to the strategic product roadmap for the APAC subsidiaries.

Cross-collaborate with Asendia Global and Country stakeholders such as IT, Sales, Supply Chain etc to determine product roadmap timeline, requirements and to ensure alignment of the plan across stakeholders.

Develop product stories, fact sheets together with Marketing to develop a compelling product launch plan to the market. Working closely within the Product team and Marketing to develop the product vision, positioning, and market approach.

Contribute to the development of a structure to identify key success criteria to measure & monitor product adoption in the market and product service quality.

Manging the product lifecycle together with Supply Chain to identify new opportunities, service improvements and cost reductions.


Your Profile


3 years+ experience in product management supporting roles such as product launch, product lifecycle management and business analysis functions in the e-commerce logistics/cross-border logistics/B2C e-commerce marketplaces. Having product market research knowledge will be an advantage.

Strong experience in product management and equipped with good knowledge of product launch/lifecycle management process.

Strong organizational skills with analytical ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, whilst managing concurrent projects at times.

Ability to demonstrate analytical skills in the course of work, coupled with basic technical abilities to understand how our products are developed.

Good communications & interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with different stakeholders.

Good presentation skills, creative and possess an innovative mindset in problem solving and formulating solutions.

Proactive and take great initiative in approaching work challenges.
