• Timely reconcile account receivable with periodically cash receipt from customers and to work effectively with customers to collect outstanding account |
• Prepare the Revenue Summary of the company |
• Maintain daily accounting duties, including account receivable and payable |
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve account issues and invoice discrepancies within specified guidelines |
• Prepare AR aging reports for management review |
• Assist in daily routine accounting duties and month-end closing |
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignment as required |

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting Studies. |
• 3 years related experiences in logistic industry is highly preferred. |
• Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. |
• Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. |
• Knowledge in SAP would be advantageous. |
• Self-motivated, detailed-mind, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. |
• Immediate available is highly preferred. |
