Barbados Postal Service, would like to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the Government of Barbados has instituted a nightly curfew from 26 September to 8 October 2021. Owing to this curfew, which will be run from 21.00 to 5.00 local time, service delivery standards cannot be guaranteed, and a case of force majeure has been declared until the situation returns to normal.
In addition, the postal express service (EMS) will not be operating from 27 September to 3 October 2021.
