The designated operator of Belarus, the Republican Unitary Enterprise of Posts "Belpochta", asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that inbound international items (letter post, parcels and EMS) are now being processed and delivered as normal. However, Belpochta is still unable to send mail to certain countries owing to a lack of logistical options.
