Update

The designated operators (DOs) of Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland wish to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators of scheduled maintenance on the system that performs the Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) filing into the European Union's Import Control System 2 (ICS2) and transmits ITMREF messages. During the maintenance period, the designated operators listed above will not be sending ITMREF messages; they will be activating a business continuity plan (BCP) with their respective member countries' customs authorities.

The maintenance window commences on 8 March 2024 at 21.00 CET (UTC+1) and is scheduled to end on 10 March 2024 at 12.00 CET. All backlog filings are expected to be completed by Monday, 11 March 2024 at 12.00 CET at the latest, at which stage the BCP will be deactivated.
