The designated operator of Egypt, Egypt Post, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that it is currently experiencing a technical issue that is affecting the receipt, processing and dispatch of mail. As a result of this disruption, Egypt Post is unable to operate certain systems as normal. Egypt Post’s technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue, and it is anticipated that normal operations will resume by the end of the day or tomorrow morning (19 September 2025). Egypt Post apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks all member countries and their designated operators for their understanding and cooperation.
