France - Adverse weather conditions

The designated operator of France, La Poste Group, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that heavy snowfall and icy conditions since 5 January 2026 have caused delays in the collection, sorting, transportation and delivery of domestic and international postal items (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) in the Paris region and northern France.   La Poste Group apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause. It thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding.
