Hongkong Post asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the Government has announced special work arrangements, effective from 1 December 2020, in order to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
As a result, the processing of all inbound and outbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items), as well as the delivery of inbound mail, will be affected until further notice.
