Further to EmIS 116/2025, Hongkong Post, a designated operator of China (specifically for the special administrative region of Hong Kong), wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that it has regained access to the areas affected by Typhoon Wipha and that its call centre, processing and conveyance operations have resumed as normal with effect from 22 July 2025.
