The designated operator of Italy, Poste Italiane, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, following a strike by some national unions on 19 and 20 May 2025, there may be delays in the collection and delivery of both domestic and international parcels. Poste Italiane is putting in place mitigation measures at its facilities with a view to resuming normal postal operations as quickly as possible. It thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding.
