The designated operator of Italy, Poste Italiane, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that certain Italian unions have confirmed a 24-hour strike, commencing at 00.01 CEST on 20 June 2025, involving all modes of transport (air, rail, road and sea). There is a risk of delays or cancellations for non-guaranteed flights and other means of transport. Despite mitigation measures being adopted by Poste Italiane at its facilities, the impact of the strike may continue over the following days, depending on the level of strike participation.
