Poste Italiane, would like to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that a 24-hour strike, commencing at 00.01 CET on 2 December 2022, has been called by several unions involving all Italian airport workers, as well as ground handling and other companies.
While the impact on the handling of inbound and outbound airmail by the airmail units at Milano Linate and Milano Malpensa airports is expected to be limited, it cannot be excluded as the ground handling companies will be among those on strike.
