Korea (Rep.) – Expected delays in postal operations

Korea Post, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that several cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed among the workforce of the Seoul office of exchange. As staff shortages are therefore expected during the coming weeks, significant delays in the processing and delivery of both inbound and outbound mail items will be inevitable.

Korea Post thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding. It will continue to monitor this situation and will provide updates via EmIS as appropriate.
