Latvijas Pasts, would like to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the Latvian Government has declared a full national lockdown owing to the situation with regard to COVID-19. The lockdown will be effective from 21 October to 14 November 2021, and may subsequently be extended.
As a result, there may be an impact on the processing and delivery of all mail, including inbound and outbound letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items, with quality of service being affected.
