Further to EmIS 149/2021, the designated operator of Mali, La Poste du Mali, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the five-day general strike called by the National Workers' Union of Mali (UNTM) from Monday, 24 May 2021, which affected the entire country, was suspended on 25 May 2021.
Consequently, from 26 May 2021, postal services for inbound and outbound items (letters, parcels and EMS) will resume as normal throughout the country.
