The Office of Posts and Telecommunications (OPT-NC), France's designated operator for New Caledonia, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, from 15 November 2021 onwards, letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items requiring the addressee's signature will again be delivered against the addressee's signature, with identity checking where required.
