The designated operator of Norway, Posten Bring AS, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that an IT issue is affecting EMSEVT delivery events (EMIs) for a significant volume of inbound tracked packets sent to Norway. For some time, Posten Bring has been encountering challenges in transmitting delivery events as expected. It has been working to improve the situation, however, and conducted thorough analyses to identify the root causes. Currently, two IT issues remain unresolved. Work is ongoing, however, and Posten Bring expects to find a solution shortly. In most cases where EMIs are missing, the last transmitted event will be EMG or EMH. Posten Bring apologizes for the inconvenience caused and will provide updates via EmIS.
