Further to EmIS 078/2025, the designated operator of Panama, Correos Panamá, would like to inform the designated operators of other Union member countries that it is still experiencing delays in the distribution and delivery of postal items (letter post, parcel post and EMS), owing to ongoing protests and road closures. Post offices have been closed in the Bocas del Toro province following the state of emergency declared by the Government of Panama as a result of the unrest. Correos Panamá thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding. It will continue to provide updates via EmIS.
