23 June, 2020

Update

The designated operator of the Philippines, PHLPost, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, as a precautionary measure and to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19 among PHLPost staff, Central Post Office Headquarters in Manila will be closed for disinfection from 18 to 25 June 2020.

However, the following international mail processing centres have now resumed operations as from 19 June 2020:

  1. PHMNLA, MNL CMEC Air – Letter and parcel-post air dispatches
  2. PHMNLB, MNL CMEC EMS – Express post dispatches

Any requests for clarifications or general inquiries about PHLPost and postal services in the Philippines should be sent by email to iadiv.srd@phlpost.gov.ph, iadiv.srd.phlpost@gmail.com, srd@phlpost.gov.ph and/or srd.phlpost@gmail.com.

PHLPost thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding. It will provide further updates via EmIS.
