Further to EmIS 115/2025, the designated operator of the Philippines, Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost), wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that the provision set out under “Alternative conveyance via surface” no longer applies. This amendment is made in accordance with EmIS 151/2025 on the suspension of international outbound surface mail services. PHLPost remains committed to ensuring safe, secure and compliant handling of postal items in alignment with international standards. PHLPost apologizes for any inconvenience that this measure may cause to international postal partners and customers. It thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding and cooperation during this period.
