Further to EmIS 213/2025, the designated operator of the Philippines, Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost), wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that weather conditions have improved and all postal operations, including mail processing and delivery, have therefore resumed as normal with effect from 23 September 2025. PHLPost thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding and cooperation during the disruption.
