Update

Correos y Telégrafos S.A., S.M.E., asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, owing to technical issues with the system used to exchange information with the Spanish customs administration, it has not been possible to perform customs clearance procedures since 26 November. As a result, delays are expected for items received since that date.

The IT team at Correos is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
