The designated operator of Sweden, PostNord Group AB, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that an IT issue has been affecting EMSEVT events (EMA-, EMB- or EMC-events) for a significant volume of outbound tracked packets sent by PostNord Sweden since 1 December 2025. The issue has just been identified, and the events are now being processed. PostNord apologizes for the inconvenience caused, and thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their cooperation.
