The designated operator of Viet Nam, VNPost, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that operations at the VNSGNB office of exchange have now been restored to normal.
As of 16 September 2021, designated operators are advised to dispatch EMS items addressed to addressees in the south of Viet Nam to the VNSGNB office of exchange (as was the case before the effective date of EmIS 208/2021).
The delivery of inbound items is still affected and VNPost is unable to guarantee compliance with delivery standards. The force majeure case already invoked will remain in effect until further notice.
