Hong Kong, China - Resumption of normal postal operations

Further to EmIS 149/2026, Hongkong Post, a designated operator of China (specifically for the special administrative region of Hong Kong), wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that postal operations have returned to normal as of 29 July 2026, following the disruption caused by Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8, which was in force from 25 to 26 July 2026. Hongkong Post thanks Union member countries and their designated operators for their patience and understanding during this period.
