Japan - Back to normal

Further to EmIS 163/2026, the designated operator of Japan, Japan Post, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that the IT issues have been resolved and its operations restored to normal, as of 9 August 2026. Japan Post thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding and continued cooperation.
