Update

Further to EmIS 135/2026 and 141/2026, regarding the deployment of IPS 2025 and the subsequent issues affecting the exchange of ITMATT messages and EMSEVT events, the designated operator of Poland, Poczta Polska, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that the IPS system was successfully restored to the previous version on 13 July 2026 at 21.00 CEST (UTC+2).   Following the rollback, the affected services have been restored and message exchanges are now expected to return to normal operation. Member countries and their designated operators are invited to contact Poczta Polska, however, should any irregularities continue to be observed.   Poczta Polska sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may have caused, and thanks Union member countries and their designated operators for their patience, understanding and cooperation during this difficult period.
