If you've decided that paying extra for a tracked international parcel service isn't warranted, then our Standard Goods packet and parcel delivery service is perfect for your smaller packages (up to 2kg).

Our parent companies are La Poste and Swiss Post, so we know post! Final mile delivery is made by the local postal operator, so expect reliability and excellent value for money, with Priority and Standard delivery options available.

Our Country-tracked Goods service provides updates about the status of your package for both you and the customer, with details on when it leaves the retailer's country, and arrives at the destination country. This tracked service is perfect for packages under 2kg, which is why it's so popular with online retailers.

This worldwide service is for lightweight packages and you can choose between mailbox delivery or personal delivery with signature. Your customer receives email notifications and tracking is available online.

Utilising the priority postal network offers reliability and low cost delivery, in a time that most international customers find acceptable. What's more, undeliverable parcels are conveniently available for collection at the local post office.

Many features of a courier service, but without the price tag.

Ideal for international parcels of up to 30kg, where a fast, reliable, tracked, and feature-rich international parcel service is desired; but not at the cost of an express courier service.

This solution is available to key international e-commerce markets, where we access leading final-mile delivery services specialising in tracked consumer parcel delivery, with PUDO options also available and even cash-on-delivery in countries where it's expected. Premium Goods may take a little longer than an express courier service, but it includes many of the benefits at a much lower price.

Maximum weight of international parcels

Most international packets and parcels we send are under 2KG, but we offer services for packages up to 30KG. If your parcels fit through a letterbox (under 3cm thick) we can offer extra savings.

We give you access to Asendia Shipping, our sophisticated, user-friendly, multi-carrier shipping platform which outputs the label you need, to get each parcel to its destination using the service your shopper has chosen. It also manages your parcel data, enabling smooth paperless customs clearance.
We can easily integrate Asendia Shipping with your fulfilment systems, as well as platforms like Metapack, and you can choose us for all destinations or just specific countries or services.
Once you’ve labelled your parcels, Asendia can collect them or receive them at our international distribution centers, and along with our partners we do the rest. With our tracked international parcel services you have access to our online tracking platform, where you have visibility of all your parcels with the numerous carriers in one easy to use system.
