Belpochta, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that it will be conducting maintenance operations with regard to the IPS system on 16 and 17 March 2024, in connection with its transition to IPS 2023.
On the aforementioned dates, periodic interruptions to IT applications/services are to be expected and Belpochta will be unable to provide all tracking elements and EAD messages (EMSEVT, ITMATT, PREDES, RESDES, PRECON, RESCON and CARDIT).
Furthermore, the accounting database and processes may be affected, which may result in difficulties and delays in providing UPU documentation for mail exchanges.
