bpost, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that it has received notification of a strike that is scheduled to start at 22.00 CET on 7 February and to end at 22.00 CET on 8 February 2024.
It is very likely that the strike will affect the workforce available at the bpost international sorting centre and within the domestic sorting and distribution network. As a result, bpost expects disruption with regard to the receipt of international shipments, as well as the transportation, collection and delivery of all mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items).
Delays are therefore to be expected in the processing and distribution of all mail throughout Belgium.
