bpost, wishes to provide other Union member countries and their designated operators with an update on the strike called by the major unions that commenced at 00.01 CEST on Monday, 22 April 2024.
The industrial action is now due to last at least until the end of the day on Thursday, 25 April, and it is possible that it will continue beyond that date.
Therefore, designated operators are kindly requested to hold back all categories of mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items, as well as open and closed transit services) destined for Belgium until 25 April.
